Three-year-old Nova has an extremely rare condition, with doctors saying it was unlikely she would ever walk and talk. A medical suit exists that could help Nova take her first step, but there was no NHS funding available. But staff at a local care home were able to raise the money after hearing Nova's story, and mother Sam wants to meet the fundraisers.

After losing his sight in 2018, Terry’s life has been transformed by his guide dog Spencer, and Terry is desperate to meet Maggie, the woman who trained Spencer as a puppy, to let her know how Spencer has changed everything for the better. And Pat arrives at the hotel, hoping to meet the former boss who supported her during one of the most difficult times of her life.
