Solar Eyes' BBC Music Introducing session
Worcestershire group Solar Eyes performed a spell-binding set at 45 Live in Kidderminster. We love their music so much, we invited them for a BBC Music Introducing session and sent their tracks to our friend Steve Lamacq at BBC 6Music who's been playing them on his show.
They landed a slot at 2023's SXSW (South By South West) festival in Austin, Texas - despite only releasing music for the past two years.
In 2022, they landed themselves on with agency ITB, meaning that they're now on the same roster as Aerosmith, Blink-182, Billy Idol, Def Leppard, Echobelly, Guns n' Roses, Huey Lewis & The News and Judas Priest.
Their music has been used several times on Match of the Day and by Sky Sports.
