Why I'm sharing my experience of being black and menopausal

Karen Arthur left her teaching job after twenty years after very difficult menopause symptoms. She now hosts a podcast called ‘menopause whilst black’ and believes legislation is needed to protect the most vulnerable employees. She shares her experience of being a black menopausal woman in her workplace.
