Episode 2: Meeting 'Emily'

"I wouldn't have worked with you back then. I wouldn't have let you into the house" says mother 'Emily' speaking to children services, after her children were taken into care.

She now works with trainee James Shutkever to keep her new baby 'Harry'. So what has changed?
