'I was taking 200 selfies a day'

Mental health campaigner Danny Bowman told BBC Radio 5 Live's Hooked podcast how negative comments about his appearance on social media led to serious mental health issues.

Danny said: "I started to spend hours in the mirror trying to perfect the way I looked... it got to a point where I was taking 200 photos a day"
