The restaurant where taste is 'not a priority'
Foraged food is all the rage in the world's top restaurants, and at Central in the Peruvian capital Lima, the chefs search high and wide for wild ingredients.
Malena Martinez runs research trips to discover the unusual herbs and flowers that make the kitchen famous, and says customers are prepared to pay more to know where the produce comes from. But she admits that sometimes means Central's culinary creations don't actually taste that great.
