Surviving a Gordon Ramsay kitchen

Angela Hartnett trained under Gordon Ramsay, famous for his fiery temper. While she admits there was a lot of shouting in his kitchen, she says the celebrity chef treated her with more respect because of her gender.

Angela, now a Michelin-starred chef in her own right, tells Emily Thomas she doesn't see the point of shouting at her own staff.
