Train Like A... NETBALLER

Lynsey Gallagher plays netball for Scotland and the Strathclyde Sirens and ahead of the Netball World Cup 2019, she talks about the training process for a professional netball player!

Lynsey says: "Just because I've been to a world cup before, it definitely doesn't mean I'm at the top of my game. I keep pushing to be the best athlete and netballer I can be."
