Pay as you waste
In South Korea’s capital, Seoul, landfill mountains full of food and other waste once loomed over entire neighbourhoods. But over the last 20 years the country has substantially reduced its food waste and stopped dumping it. The BBC's Hyung Eun Kim found out how.
