Sarah and Tracey - It's not just the hands

They both started their careers when accessibility for deaf people was being brought in into universities, as a result have helped to develop and shape accessibility – as well as learnt a lot about a lot of subjects – meaning they are a mean pub quiz team!
They care passionately about giving deaf people exactly the same experiences as hearing people, they’ll often be found not only at the side of stages but even as performers in the thick of the action to allow immersive accessible theatre experiences. They predominantly work alone but often call each other daily for support or sometimes collaboration. They have been close friends for years and have been there through all the major life moments.
