Hollywood's 'walk of shame'

Hollywood Boulevard may be decorated with the names of famous film superstars, but the street is also home to hundreds of rough sleepers. They live in tents and under bridges and rely on hand outs from passers-by. There's no sanitation or cooking equipment and disease is rife, so what are the options for getting a good meal? The BBC's Regan Morris finds out.
