A restaurant owner threatened me with a gun

Being a food safety officer can be a risky business, especially when a restaurant inspection doesn't go well. Francine Shaw, an environmental health inspector from Maryland, in the US, tells Emily Thomas how she was threatened with a gun when she forced a premises to close after finding serious health risks.
