Claire Ptak: I made Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding cake

The owner of Violet Bakery, Claire Ptak, describes the honour, and the pressure, of the royal commission, which took five chefs, five days to make. The elderflower and lemon cake was made in the kitchens of Buckingham Palace and remained a secret till the couple's big day.
