The mayor boosting a city with booze

Bourbon whiskey is being used to reinvigorate the entire economy of Louisville, Kentucky. The city's mayor, Greg Fischer, tells Phil Reevell how bourbon tourism, or "bourbonism", has spawned hotels, distillery experiences and even a music festival.
