Aaron James Murdoch, from Redditch, is 22-years-old and works for the local council.
But by night he's a rapper and goes under the name Flex.
He's influenced by Kanye West, Jay-Z and J-Cole and has been part of some sick collaborations recently, with great videos, which you can check out online.
“Great production, immense lyrics, beautiful songs. What more could you want?" - Andrew Marston.

Becky Hill's impromptu performance

Bewdley's Becky Hill sang on the street outside the Manchester Academy, this week, after she was forced to cancel a sold-out show due to a burst water pipe.
She tweeted that the local council made a decision not to put on the gig but "that will not stop me".
Around 200 fans came to see her perform acoustically before she travelled across the city to watch her friend and collaborator MNEK perform.
Becky says the date will be rescheduled and fans should keep their tickets.

BBC Music Introducing at the Worcester Music Festival

This annual festival was first staged in 2008 by Chris Bennion, who produces Worcestershire Sauce, who set up a website called NotJustSauce - aiming to put Worcester on the map musically.
Taking place in multiple venues across the city, from pubs, clubs, restaurants and cafes to historic buildings, river cruisers, record shops, on the streets and even in breweries, the festival is absolutely free to attend with hundreds of gigs to choose from from some of the best, new and emerging artists in the UK.
Each year the festival raises money for a chosen local charity. This year the Worcestershire Association of Carers will receive all the money dropped into buckets at the festival's venues across the weekend.

Bewdley Festival: Roland Gift

He's had eight Top 40 singles in the UK and starred in a number of films; Fine Young Cannibals singer Roland Gift appeared at the Bewdley Festival last night.
The 57-year-old musician shot to fame in 1985 after bassist David Steele and guitarist Andy Cox, formerly of The Beat, listened to more than 500 cassettes in the search for a lead singer.
They went on to twin two Brit Awards for Best British Group and Best British Album.
