Why I got calf implants: 'There was no other option'

A personal trainer who decided to get calf implants has told BBC Radio 5 Live that the surgery made a 'huge difference' to his confidence.

Mark Henderson trains and works in Dubai. He has struggled with his body image since being in car crash when he was younger.

Speaking to 5 Live's Nicky Campbell, Mark explained why he felt there were 'no other options' but to have the procedure.
