In session

Described as "incredible" by Charlie Sloth over on BBC 1Xtra, Keri Whip has been taking live performance to new heights over the past few years.
Combining her onstage energy with award-winning vocal ability, Keri's taken inspiration from greats like Aretha Franklin and Etta James.
Despite singing for a number of years, she only put pen to paper in 2016, forging classic powerhouse vocals with a current dance/pop twist.
She's performed all over the world - both at festivals and on cruise ships.
“Bringing energy, charm and personality to audiences everywhere” - Andrew Marston.

Nozstock lineup

The first lineup has been announced for the 20th anniversary of Bromyard's Nozstock Festival - and we think it's the strongest one yet!
Chase & Status, Goldfrapp, Grandmaster Flash and The Selecter are among the names to perform in the Herefordshire countryside this July.
The lineup, which has now spread to 10 stages, also includes our BBC Music Introducing takeover on the Sunday.

Musicians' Masterclass: Chase & Status

They've been confirmed as this year's headliners at the Nozstock Festival - and this week, we hear more from drum & bass kingpins Chase & Status on how to break America.

BBC Music Introducing in Bromsgrove

This month's sessions were recorded at the Artrix in Bromsgrove.
The centre is not just an award winning place to see live music in Bromsgrove, but it also hosts live screenings, comedy, theatre, dance, visual arts and film - and to give you an insight into the sheer amount of choice it provides to Bromsgrove and the surrounding towns, earlier in the day it hosted a Baby Rave - where Cbeebies meets '90s dance!
Last year, they were awarded Worcestershire's Best Theatre Venue and welcomed more than 27,000 visitors to their 300-seat auditorium, studio space, cafe, meeting rooms, play area and galleries.

Football chants

Football chants have had a mixed history, with some spreading racial and religious bigotry, which is why what’s happening in Liverpool, right now, is so interesting.
Liverpool and Egypt forward Mohamed Salah has inspired a new song among the Anfield faithful.
But the song - which was always been about promoting racial harmony - was originally made famous by Dodgy, who are from Bromsgrove, Pershore and Redditch!
