Food pilgrim or food tourist?
What drives some people to embark on long journeys for a specific food or meal? Dr Lucy Long, from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, has met several "food pilgrims", some of them while she studied food culture in Spain. She explains what makes them different to food tourists.
