£2.8bn for 'under pressure' English NHS
NHS services in England will get an extra £2.8bn, the chancellor said in his Budget speech.
Philip Hammond said "we will always back it" and more patients were being treated.
The money he announced will see £350m to plan for this winter, and the rest coming before 2020, as the chancellor said he acknowledged the NHS was "under pressure and today we respond"
