Carol and her brother Kevin Thompson heard our special Remembrance programme and contacted us to tell us about her father’s experience as a prisoner-of-war under the Japanese in Singapore from 1941. Clearing out his house after he died she found a box of old photographs, snapshots of a life that offer glimpses into her father’s story.
