Pundit Mark Lawrenson says even the likes of Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger could not have equalled the achievements of Michael O'Neill as Northern Ireland manager.
O'Neill's side missed out on World Cup qualification after losing their play-off against Switzerland.
But Lawrenson is full of admiration for what O'Neill has achieved during his time in charge.
