Mums on the go have found an easy way to get fit - by dancing with their babies attached to them.
The craze for baby-wearing exercise started in America and is now catching on in the UK.
Nikki Baillie is a 'Sling Swing' teacher in Manchester. She says her class helps women get a bit of their identities back.
"I never anticipated I could actually earn a living from helping women feel more positive about themselves and be close to their babies."
