Meet the woman who keeps Bear Grylls alive...
BBC Radio Berkshire's Sue Kinnear met Megan Hine - the survival consultant who keeps TV explorer Bear Grylls safe on his many expeditions.
She shared one particular memory, when she was trapped by a group of lions in Africa.
"I was working behind the scenes on a TV show...we were in the Namibian desert and we had already relocated after a bush fire.
"We hadn't had much to eat and one night we gathered a huge pile of wood - the fire was burning and at one point in the night I woke up and there was a huge male lion prowling in the fire light.
"Fire is an amazing mechanism for protection, and that kept us alive."
