Dear 14 Year Old Me

Naomi Lloyd developed an eating disorder shortly before her 14th birthday.

Now 18, she writes a letter to her 14 year old self to highlight Eating Disorders Awareness Week and to offer encouragement to others who may be going through a similar experience.
