You’ve tried Dry January, could you handle Veganuary?
You might have given Dry January a try, but how does going without meat, fish, dairy, eggs and honey for a month sound?
Veganuary is a campaign that began on New Year’s Day, encouraging people to try out the vegan way of life.
Clea Grady from the campaign told us it aims to show people “how to eat well for your body and for the planet.”
She said: “Being vegan is a marathon not a sprint – it’s about intention rather than perfection.”
