Talking Turkey

On a visit to a Turkey farm Sarah meets Turkey Stockman, Brian Petrie who has a close affinity with the birds he looks after having previously been a butcher and an army chef cooking turkey all over the world. His relationship with the birds is so strong he can even communicate with them.
