Victoria Wood: 'The best fun is working hard'
Victoria Wood had a "relentlessly barmy image to keep up", she told presenter Jenni Murray in an interview on the 1987 Christmas edition of BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour - taped in front of a live studio audience.
The late comedian discussed the challenges of writing and performing her hit sketch series Victoria Wood As Seen On TV. The show introduced many well-loved characters - including Victoria herself as the mouthy teenager Kelly-Marie Tunstall.
