Stansted Airport passport queue 'chaos'

A passenger, caught in long delays through Stansted Airport's passport control on Monday night, said the queues were "chaos".

John Hessing said e-gates malfunctioned as hundreds of people entered the north Essex terminal.

The BBC has contacted Border Force for a response, but has not yet had a reply.
