The Ukrainian government has accused Russia of looking for a reason to attack it. The accusation follows allegations made by President Putin in which he claimed Russian forces had foiled a sabotage attempt by Ukrainian special forces in Crimea.

A new report has accused police in the US city of Baltimore of routinely discriminating against Black people.

France's medicine agency ANSM has accused the government of covering up the fact that up to 10,000 pregnant women were prescribed an epilepsy drug despite known links to birth defects.
