The Ukrainian government has accused Russia of looking for a reason to attack it. The accusation follows allegations made by President Putin in which he claimed Russian forces had foiled a sabotage attempt by Ukrainian Special Forces in Crimea.

A new report has accused police in the US city of Baltimore of routinely discriminating against Black people.

Since the crisis between Russia and Ukraine erupted two years ago, Polish youth have been flocking to join paramilitary organisations. Membership of these groups has grown to 100,000 but what is Poland scared of?
