Lord Heseltine: May 'fully entitled' to question Hinkley Point
The Conservative peer Lord Heseltine, who is also a Commissioner for The National Infrastructure Commission, has said the Prime Minister has "a perfectly legitimate view about the security implications" of Hinkley Point.
Speaking to Martha Kearney, he said it wasn't a question of Theresa May being "anti-infrastructure" but rather "pro-national security".
