Sam Kass cooked for Barack Obama when he was a congressman, following him to the White House when he rose to Presidential office. The BBC's Dan Saladino hears how Sam's influence grew outside the kitchen too – from planting vegetables on the White House lawn to advising the First Lady on improving school meals.
