Making food in former prison cells

Altin Prendar left Albania in the 1990’s and returned after 10 years of working in restaurants in Italy. On his farm, an hour from the capital Tirana, former prison cells from the communist era have been transformed into food production areas. The BBC’s Dan Saladino paid a visit.
