Current housing system slammed as 'madness'
Paul Calland, from South Northants Homes, says the current housing system, which has lead to shortage of homes is "madness".
He says the lack of affordable rented property and social housing is leading a rise in homelessness and that the government is "going in the wrong direction".
The average rental price for a two bedroom property in Kettering has risen by almost £200 in the last four years.
