Hamilton: Me and Rosberg are cool

Lewis Hamilton says he and Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg have put their crash at the Spanish Grand Prix behind them.

Speaking in the build-up to the Monaco Grand Prix, world champion Hamilton said when two were "very relaxed" when they spoke about the incident - yet both agreed they would continue to "race the same".
