It was an emotional, eventful quest as we said goodbye to David Clayton.

The clue was at the closed King Edward VII pub in Norwich, where David had his first DJ residency

Many fans gave David their best wishes during the show - not all had signs, though!

  • Where else could we have started this week's programme?
  • With a mammoth ten clues to tackle today, it was lucky that the first one was cracked quickly
  • Sophie at the Tower
  • The third clue was some distance away, on the parish notice board at Hemblington
  • Sophie had to come back to the BBC Radio Norfolk studios at The Forum in Norwich to find clue four
  • Clue five was hidden under David's chair up in the studio!
  • And there was another surprise in store for David on his final Treasure Quest
  • Sophie takes over!
  • Clue six was also not very far away - down in the coffee shop outside our studios
  • They had clubbed together to buy the artwork of the cartoon of David and Sophie that recently featured in a local paper
  • "Dr Vinyl" from David Whiteley's Saturday breakfast show had clue seven for us
  • The clue was at the closed King Edward VII pub in Norwich, where David had his first DJ residency
  • Clue 8 was with the original Anglia Television knight emblem in the reception at Anglia House
  • There's no time to hang around with those ITV celebrities, David!
  • Clue nine was at St Catherine's House on All Saint's Green in Norwich - the former home of the BBC in the city
  • Clue ten was just across the road at the boxing gym run by Jackson Williams on the ground floor of Norfolk Tower
  • It may have been just across the road, but a wrong answer theory meant David took a long time to get there!
  • There was a big surprise waiting for David in a classic car outside our studios at The Forum
  • David gets his treasure
  • David with all of the regular Treasure Quest "runners" from across the show's eight years

  • And we can't forget Navigator Ian, of course!
