Cliff Michelmore's son pays tribute: 'He'll be greatly missed'
Cliff Michelmore, a familiar figure in BBC radio and TV broadcasting since the 1940s, has died in hospital aged 96.
"He was a really strong family man," said son Guy Michelmore.
With his avuncular manner and trademark spectacles, Cliff Michelmore was one of the best-known presenters on British television.
