Essex MP misses chance at Prime Minister's Questions

The Conservative MP for Harwich and North Essex, Bernard Jenkin, missed his chance to ask to a question at Prime Minister's Questions today.
The House of Commons was left disgruntled by Mr Jenkin's absence - who later said he was at a Department of Health meeting.
