Migrant crisis: 'Merkel is a hero'

The UN special representative for international migration said the closure of border crossings by European states was an "untenable situation".

Speaking to Edward Stourton on BBC Radio 4's World at One Peter Sutherland praised the German Chancellor Angela Merkel as a "hero" for trying to find a solution as migrants continued to flow into Greece.
