US Condemns Turkey Bombing

Ankara blast leaves 28 dead; How did nuclear material go missing in Iraq? Have the disappearances of indigenous Canadians been largely ignored?

A car bombing in the Turkish capital, Ankara, has killed at least 28 people and wounded more than 60 others.

The US State Department says it is aware that radioactive material is missing from a storage facility near the southern Iraqi city of Basra, but there is no indication that any Islamist group has the material.

The Canadian government says it will launch an inquiry into the police response to an estimated 4,000 disappearances of indigenous women.
