Greece Opens Migrant "Hotspots"
Refugee hotspots; Flights to Cuba; Syria aid
Greece opens four migrant registration centres - also known as "hotspots" – on the islands of Lesbos, Chios, Leros and Samos. The move comes after Athens faced pressure from the European Union for delaying the opening of camps.
The US and Cuba have signed an agreement to resume commercial air traffic between the two countries for the first time in more than 50 years.
The UN is due to deliver aid to besieged towns in Syria, where it's estimated that tens of thousands of people are facing severe food shortages.
