Rona Fairhead: 'Everything being looked at' in BBC review

BBC Trust chairwoman Rona Fairhead has said "everything is being looked at, nothing is off the table," in the BBC charter review.

Speaking to Andrew Marr, she said "it is a tough settlement", adding that it is likely some stations and some programmes will be affected.
