Driver films moment he hit debris

A taxi driver's dashcam captures footage of the moment he drove over rocks, wood and a metal sign which appear to have been deliberately placed on a road.

Essex Police have issued warnings to motorists after a spate of similar incidents in Tiptree near Colchester.

The taxi driver told officers it caused £4,000 worth of damage to his car as he was driving on Grange Road on 20 December.
