Oxford traffic congestion + economical fusion power

David hears from Oxfordshire County Council Leader Ian Hudspeth about the increase in traffic congestion due to the roadworks around Oxford, and we find out about the grant Tokamak Energy in Milton Park have been given to help them find a more economical way of achieving fusion power.
