
Search Expanded for Malaysian MH370 Airliner Debris
MH370 search intensified, Republican Presidential debate, ISS links up to shed radio.
France is deploying a search plane, helicopter and boats around the Indian Ocean island of Reunion in the hope of finding more debris from the missing MH370 Malaysian airliner. The authorities on the neighbouring islands of Mauritius and Madagascar have also been requested to comb their coastlines for debris.
The leading US Republican Party presidential candidates have taken part in their first televised debate - with much attention focusing on the property magnate, Donald Trump. We speak to the amateur radio enthusiast who managed to make contact with the International Space Station from his garden shed.
