Shortwave Interference in Asia and 'Islamic State'

BBC World Service has recently released their global audience measurement figures, which indicate how your listening of the English Network has changed over the last year. We take a closer look at the numbers to discover what influences your listening habits. The exploration begins in Asia where the audience figures have fallen since 2014. One reason for this may be the intermittent problems with short wave radio in the region. Communications Regulations Specialist for the World Service, Cath Westcott, explains the cause of the interference and why she needs your feedback.
