'Garcia report needs publishing before FIFA presidential election'

Richard Caborn, former sports minister, has said the Garcia report into allegations of World Cup bidding corruption needs to be published before the FIFA presidential election.

Caborn, who was ambassador for England's 2018 World Cup bid, said the next FIFA president decision was more important for the long-term future of football than the next two World Cups.
