Carswell on UKIP calls for political reform
Douglas Carswell is asked about a new UKIP leader - where he named potential candidates but not which one he is backing - and the party’s calls for political reform, which he called "direct democracy".
He told Andrew Neil: “I don't think the two-party system is looking too healthy."
The UKIP MP also spoke to Kevin Maguire and Tom Newton Dunn on the Daily Politics.
