Bewdley's Ben Keen and Dan Francois-Smith grew up as friends and went to school together, joining bands and forming their own musical projects.
The most notable group they were in was Kairos, who played all over Europe and we played tonnes of here on the Introducing show.
Now in their mid-20s, the songwriting duo are back out on-the-road as Tale Lights and have already received national airplay after we passed on their music to the Best of BBC Introducing with Mark Forrest.
All of our live studio sessions and festival gigs since 2005...
Getting engaged...on stage!

Congratulations to Worcester's Becky Rose and Malvern's Ruben Seabright on their engagement!
Her proud father emailed us to say: "Ruben Seabright (Blues singer from Great Malvern) paused during his set with the band Dr Stanley's Medicine Show to call Becky Rose up on stage and asked her to marry him...and she was delighted to say yes!
"Becky and Ruben have been together for about 18 months and she wrote a love song for Ruben (with a wider love theme as well) called Stricken."
And that moment was caught on camera...

BBC Introducing in Bromsgrove

On April 25, they're holding an outdoor theatre performance with a lantern procession and fireworks.
They've been doing tonnes with local musicians, too, with performances from The Roving Crows and Remi Harris.
But when their stages aren't being graced by theatre or music, it's been the place where Lee Evans and Michael McIntyre have tested all of their jokes.
Throughout the whole of this month, hear some of the tracks we recorded at the centre from a real mixture of acts across our area.

Reviews

This week, Andy O'Hare reviews...
- The Woo Town Hillbillies at The Cap 'n' Gown, Worcester.
- Cracked Actors at The Pig 'n' Drum, Worcester.
- Open Mic: Enzo, Tony Green, Kim Rydr & Red Dawe at The Great Malvern Hotel.
Record Store Day

It's National Record Store day today - and specialist shops around Herefordshire & Worcestershire have been taking part.
There's been a big revival of vinyl in the past year - sales have risen by 60% - with the industry netting £21 million from it.
We've been at Rise Records in Worcester where the queues have been gathering since 6 o'clock this morning.

BBC Introducing in Hereford

Since 2011, we've been taking the show out on-the-road showcasing the very best musicians from our two counties.
On Sunday 26 April, we'll be rolling up to The Courtyard in Hereford to record four acts who we've been playing on BBC Hereford & Worcester recently.
We'll bring the bands - all we need now - is the fans!
None of these artists knew they were being considered for a live session - they were chosen based on the tracks they uploaded to us.
So if you'd like to Be Part Of It then simply turn up on the day - it's free to get in - but you must be prepared to make lots of noise for local music!
The event starts at 1.30pm - but you're more than welcome to turn up anytime until 4.30pm.
