Malmstrom: NHS won't be affected by TTIP

European Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmstrom has told the programme that the NHS is not under threat of privatisation under the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) rules.

Malmstrom said 'It says very clearly in our mandate... public services are not affected by this'.
